Merch Floor Improvements

• Show Style Data Below Style Cards:

  • A new ‘i’ button has been added to the button set, similar to boards, allowing you to display style information below the cards.

  • When Info mode is activated, the following details will be shown:

    • Style ID / Color Variant Name

    • Style Name

    • Price Information

    • Delivery Periods

  • Important Notes & Tips

    • If a style card is at the bottom of the canvas, activating Info mode won’t adjust its position—you may need to move it up to see the details.

    • Activating Info mode first and then applying alignment will consider the info height when positioning elements.

    • These changes will be reflected in the Public Link and PDF Export.

    • Activating/deactivating the ‘i’ button will apply to all canvases.

    • If Info Mode was previously enabled, any overlapping alignment options are now automatically removed to provide a clean layout.

• Add Media from Any Marketing Package:

  • Previously, users could only add media attached to a color variant. With the new implementation, you can add media (image and video) from any marketing package.

    • Use the ‘Add Media’ button in the side panel to open the media modal and select media from any package.

    • Media Selection & Filtering:

      • The default marketing package will be pre-selected.

      • You can change the marketing package and filter content based on type, just like in boards.

  • Videos & Aspect Ratio:

    • Videos do not have sound.

    • When added to the canvas, videos will maintain their aspect ratio.

  • Canvas Interaction:

    • Media added from the modal can be:

      • Scaled

      • Aligned

      • Removed, etc.

  • Similar to adding media from a color variant, the selected media will appear on top of each other in the bottom-right corner of the canvas.

Other Improvements

• Dedicated Navigation Button:

  • The Basket Inspect Page (Order Overview) now has its own place in the navigation bar.

    • The ‘eye’ button has been removed from the basket.

Interactive Public Link Configuration:

• From the share modals, you can now configure who can make changes through the public link using the dropdown:

  • No one: No changes allowed (same as the previous version).

  • Only users with access: Only listed users, including custom-added ones, can make changes.

  • Anyone with the link: Anyone with the link can make changes. (Anyone even the users outside of the DSR or Bestseller database.

    

• Advanced Configurations for Public Link:

  • Select which tabs/features to show in the public link via the "Features to Enable" dropdown:

    • Boards (previously called "presentation"), Catalog (now included in the public link), Favorites., Merch Floor, Basket, Basket Inspect pages.

  • By default, all tabs are enabled. At least one tab must remain selected.

    

  • Catalog options

    • Include all products as seen in the DSR.

    • Include only products that exist on the boards.

  

  • Require login to view assortment content

    • Use the checkbox to require login for accessing Basket, Basket Inspect, and PDP Assortments tab.

    • By default, this checkbox is enabled, ensuring only listed users can view the content.

  

  • Hide/Show Customer Name Option

    • You can now select to show or hide the customer name for various purposes, such as prospecting.

    • By default, the customer name is set to show.

  

  • Apply changes to the public link by clicking the Save Configuration button.

    • Sharing the link with an email will automatically save the configuration and then send the email..

    • Clicking Copy Link or leaving the process without pressing save will not save changes.

• Changes allowed via public link (if enabled from the share modal)

  • Boards:

    • Favorite/unfavorite color variants.

    • Temporarily change color variants using color dots (same as DSR)(Available only if user has permission to change).

    • Clicking a product opens the Product Detail Page (PDP).

  • Catalog:

    • Grouping, filtering, sorting, and favoriting are all available.

    • Pinned filters cannot be added or removed.

    • Clicking a product opens the PDP.

  • Favorites:

    • Same functionality as in DSR, except for forwarding/exporting favorites.

    • PDP opens when clicking a product.

  • Basket:

    • Users can change quantities, copy quantities, and perform other DSR functions.

    • Adding/adjusting stores is unavailable.

    • Instead of placing orders directly, users can notify their sales rep:

      • If logged in, users can click "Notify" to send an email.

      • If not logged in, users must provide their name, surname, and email.

    • A notification shows the last interaction above the button.

      • It will be removed when the sales rep places the order.

    • Sales reps receive an email with a "Go to Presentation" button to review the basket and place the order.

    • A "Ready to Order" tag appears in the presentation listing until the sales rep places the order.

  

  • Basket Inspect:

    • Same "I’m ready to order" flow as Basket.

    • Clicking a product opens the PDP.

  • Product Detail Page (PDP):

    • Full DSR functionality is available, except for adding to boards.

      • Please be aware that if the basket is hidden in the configurations, the assortment tab won’t be shown.

Other Improvement:

• Tab name updates in the sharing the basket function:

  • 'Share Basket' is now 'Export to MORE'.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RELEASE

Enhanced Search Results with Sales, Engagement, and Stock Data

Search results in ISO were previously sorted by descending Style ID. To provide a better shopping experience, the search results are now optimized using Sales and Engagement Data along with current Stock Data. This ensures that more popular and in-stock items are displayed first, aligning with customer preferences and item availability.

FIXES

• Checkouts Menu in Admin App:
  Previously, the Admin App retained removed basket quantities from abandoned baskets, incorrectly displaying them. This issue has now been resolved, and the basket quantities are displayed correctly as empty.

Merch Floor Improvements

• The merch floor is now responsive to different screen sizes, including desktops, laptops, and tablets.

  • The aspect ratio and items' placement will remain consistent while the canvas scales up and down.

• You can now add any styles to the canvas using the dropdown in the add styles modal:

  • Simply select ‘all styles’ from the show styles dropdown.

• You can now add color variants to your favorites directly from the canvas:

  • Activate the new toggle with the heart icon on the merch floor.

  • Already favorited styles will display a badge in the center.

  • Click on the color variants to add or remove them from your favorites.

  • Note: Any selections made before activating the toggle will be reset.

• A new basket icon button will appear in the button set once you select a variant:

  • Clicking it will take you to the Assortment Mode of the PDP for the selected color variant.

  • If you select multiple styles, use the arrows in the navigation bar to navigate between the PDPs of your selections.

  • If you select multiple variants of the same style, the first selected variant will be pre-selected on the PDP.

Other Improvements

• Some UI fixes and improvements have been made for the merch floor.

• In the order receipt PDF, the text color for sizes is now slightly darker to improve accessibility.

• The DSR now automatically removes the background of color variant thumbnails displayed on the PDP, ensuring a smoother and more aesthetic appearance.

Share Modal Improvements

• The Share button and the 'E-mail to me' checkbox have been removed.

• You and other collaborators now appear at the top of the list, with your name labeled as (you).

• When you select users, a floating button will appear, allowing you to share with them.

• In the Share Favorites function, 'Share with Customer' is now renamed as 'Export to MORE', and 'Share Public Link' is now renamed as 'Share Excel & Public Link'.

Ability to Add Custom E-mails

• You can invite customers who are not in the system by adding custom emails in all share modals and place order modals.

  • To invite:

    • Type the email(s) in the 'Invite User' field.

    • Use commas to separate multiple emails if adding more than one.

    • Press Enter or click the Add button to validate the input.

  • Once validated:

    • Emails will appear in the list below with a 'custom' tag next to them.

    • The guest role will be assigned, and they will be pre-selected automatically.

    • You can send messages or content to custom emails, just like existing users.

    • Custom emails can also be combined with existing users.

  • If a previously added custom email has created an account:

    • A 'Did you mean?' suggestion will appear below the input field.

    • Clicking the suggestion will validate it and add the email to the input field.

• Custom emails are only valid at the presentation level and will not transfer if you copy a presentation.

• To remove a custom email:

  • Click the bin button next to the row.

  • A confirmation message will appear, and once confirmed, this action cannot be undone.

Most Sold Sorting on the Catalog

• You can now sort items by their selling rankings, choosing between:

  • Local rankings

  • Global rankings

Most Sold Panel on Favorites & Basket Inspect

• A star icon button has been added at the top of the button set to open the Most Sold Panel (if enabled in settings).

  • Clicking the button activates the Most Sold Panel.

  • The panel is influenced by:

    • Grouping (including multi-grouping)

    • Filters

    • Info Mode settings.

    • Color Variant Toggle in the views.

  • If the ‘i’ button is enabled, you can add items directly to your favorites using the heart button on each item.

  • In the panel, you can retrieve items for:

    • Already existing groups.

    • All groups.

    • Only missing groups (for upsells).

  • Groups are collapsed by default:

    • Use arrows to expand individual groups.

    • Use the Expand/Collapse All button to control all groups at once.

    • The group state is saved during the session.

  • If a group has more items than can fit on the screen, it will have a horizontal scroll via shift+mouse wheel on PCs or swipe on touchscreens.

  • Advanced settings allow you to:

    • Adjust sorting to Local/Global levels.

    • Choose to include:

      • Favorited styles.

      • Styles with quantities (see differences below).

• Differences between Favorites and Basket Inspect:

  • Favorites:

    • Option to include favorited styles.

    • Clicking on an item opens the PDP (Product Detail Page) in Media View.

  • Basket Inspect:

    • Option to include styles with quantities.

    • Clicking on an item opens the Assortments Mode.

Settings Improvements

• You can now select a default sorting option for the catalog page.

  • Two new sorting options have been added:

    • Most Sold (Local)

    • Most Sold (Global)

• On the Basket Overview and Favorites pages, a switch has been added to show/hide the Most Sold panel and button.

Bug Fixes

• Selecting all colors in the Assortment Tab of the PDP was not working properly.

• Removing all quantities sometimes left the ‘in the basket’ tag in specific cases.

• The positions of items on the merch floor were not saved properly in certain scenarios.

• If a media item added to a board was removed from the marketing package, it was not possible to interact with it.

• Adding a style to Favorites sometimes failed to add the style to the basket.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RELEASE

Park and Resume Baskets

To assist customers who need more time before proceeding to checkout—whether to try on items in fitting rooms or make decisions—we’ve introduced the new “Park and Resume Baskets” feature. This allows baskets to be saved temporarily for 45 minutes.

• New “Park Basket” Button: In the Basket view, a “Park Basket” button has been added at the bottom of the screen. Upon pressing this button, a pop-up will appear to name the basket. If no name is specified, the basket will be saved using the device name.

• Finding Parked Baskets: Parked baskets will be saved for 45 minutes and can be accessed from the newly added “Parked Baskets” section in the Staff Dashboard.

• Resuming Baskets: Resumed baskets will automatically be removed from the list but can be parked again by pressing the “Park Basket” button in the Basket view.

• What’s Saved: Resumed baskets will retain only the basket information and not the customer's search history or data. However, the last corresponding search section will be preserved to assist with the customer’s needs.

FIXES

• Checkouts Menu in Admin App:

  • The Basket Data Drawer previously displayed the device type instead of the checkout option. This issue has been resolved, and it now correctly displays the selected checkout option.

  • The Basket Data Drawer previously showed the original price for items, even when they were on sale. It now accurately displays the sale price.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RELEASE

In-store Pickup

Customers can now select In-store Pickup as a delivery option for their orders.

• Configuration in Settings: The In-store Pickup option has been added under the “Pay at Counter” section, located below the existing Home Delivery option.

• In ISO: When this option is enabled as well as the existing Home Delivery option, ISO will display a switch tab at the top of the Checkout view with two options: Home Delivery and In-store Pickup.

  • Selecting In-store Pickup will display the current store's address as the delivery address.

  • If only one delivery option is enabled in Settings, the switch tab will not appear.

IMPROVEMENTS

• Version Update Improvement:
  Previously, updating to the latest version of ISO required restarting the device. This process has been improved, allowing the app to update automatically without a device restart. However, the app will refresh once upon the first user interaction after the update.

• Updated Product Media:

  • Color Variant Thumbnails in Product Listing: Color variant thumbnails now feature pack shots for improved clarity.

  • 'All Colors' Widget Product Images: Product images in the All Colors widget have been updated to display model shots for better presentation.

FIXES

• Search by Size:
  Previously, searches using only a size option returned no results. This has been fixed, and all matching items for the selected size will now display properly.

• ‘Checkouts’ Menu in Admin:
  The checkout modal previously showed only the basket's creation time instead of the full basket status history. It now displays the entire history.

• Slovenian translations:
  Errors in Slovenian translations now have been fixed.

Improvements to Tagged Styles on Boards

• Going forward, similar to the new product detail page, if a media item has tagged styles, clicking the "info" button on a media item in the boards will display a small thumbnail, style ID, color variant ID (if enabled in settings), and the style name.

  • If "Info Mode" (indicated by the "i" icon) is enabled, the color name will also be shown in the modal.

• In presentation mode, you can add styles to your favorites by:

  • Using the heart button to favorite a single style, or

  • Selecting the "Add All to Favorites" button to favorite all styles in the modal.

• Clicking on a product will open the Product Detail Page (PDP) in presentation mode. When in edit mode, add it next to the selected media in the grid, as before.

• Please note that if there is limited space for the modal to appear, only the thumbnails will be displayed, rather than the full style information.

Filters for Favorites

• Now, just like on other pages in the digital showroom, you can filter your favorited styles and color variants on the Favorites page.

• The filtering logic remains consistent across the platform—you can use the filters panel to refine your selection. Filter options will adjust based on the styles you have favorited.

Please note that the filtering logic on the basket inspect page aligns with the logic described above to ensure a seamless experience.

Updates to Admin/Owner Permissions

• Now, tenant admins and owners can remove any presentation, regardless of its owner.

  • If the admin/owner is also a collaborator, they can choose to either leave or remove the presentation.

• Additionally, they can mark/unmark any presentation as a template.

Other Improvements

• UX improvements have been made to the "Copy Quantities" feature in the basket.

• Now, on iPads, if you add the presentations app to your home page, we are supporting full-screen mode to provide a seamless experience with your customer.

Bug Fixes

• In certain cases, notes were not saved to the basket.

• Additionally, when a specific grouping was applied, attempting to remove favorited color variants would cause the screen to freeze.

Filter on Box Drop

• Now, on the catalog page, the user can filter the products by ‘Box Drop’ if it applies to the brand.

  • To do so, click the NOOS filters button and select Box Drop.

  • The filter will also be shown with a ‘B’ letter on the product detail page, business tags filters.

    • The business tags are now sorted alphabetically.

  • The box drop is also visible on the excel files that are exported from favorites or basket tabs on the public link.

Other Improvements

• Improvements have been made to enhance the loading time in the presentation listing view.

• Some UI improvements have been made in the basket page - copy quantities modal to avoid misclicks.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RELEASE

Single Selection Attribute

Now, certain attributes can be configured to allow only a single option selection. Enable this by marking the attribute as "Single selection" in the Attributes menu under Settings.

• Scenario 1: For attributes set to single selection, users can now switch between options by simply tapping the desired option—no need to manually deselect the previous choice. All other attribute selections will remain unchanged.

• Scenario 2: Users can also choose to have no selection by tapping the currently selected option again to deselect it, leaving the attribute unselected. For this case as well, all other attribute selections will remain unchanged.

Unavailable Color Indication for Selected Size in PDP

When a size is chosen in PDP, colors unavailable for that size are now visually marked with a diagonal line. However, users can still tap on an unavailable color, which will prompt the "You May Also Like" section to recommend similar alternatives for their preferences.

Other Improvements and fixes

• If Category selected as a Primary attribute, Subcategories will be shown first in content view to make the search journey more seamless.

• Previously, some duplicate items appeared in the initial search results. This issue has now been resolved.
