Here are the latest updates to InStore Admin app

Staff Dashboard Passcode

• In Settings, a new 'Others' menu is added at the end, where you can find the 'Staff Dashboard' sub-menu.

• The 'Staff Dashboard Passcode' feature is added above the existing 'Staff Portal URL Setting' in the 'Staff Dashboard' sub-menu.

• This feature allows you to set a passcode to prevent accidental access to the Staff Dashboard by customers. Please note that this passcode is not intended to fully secure the system.

• Configuration Options:

  • You can enable the passcode by selecting 'Enable Passcode'.

  • Alternatively, you can set the passcode using each store ID by selecting 'Use store ID as passcode'.

• Passcode Rules:

  • The passcode can only consist of numbers.

  • Store IDs containing letters cannot be used as passcodes.

• After setting a passcode in Settings, there will be an additional view with keypads when accessing the Staff Dashboard in the InStore app.
