Here are the latest updates to InStore.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RELEASE

New product listing layout

To improve product browsing, we’ve introduced a new grid-style layout.

• Grid View: Displays 4 products per row, allowing more items to appear at once.

• Color Variants: Up to 3 other colors are now shown as thumbnails. If more than 3 other colors are available, the display will show 2 colors with a ‘+N’ indicator representing the remaining options.

• All Colors Widget: Pressing any color thumbnail opens the ‘All Colors’ widget, where users can explore all available colors of the product.

• PDP: Pressing anywhere else on the product card will open the PDP directly below the selected product.

PDP and Expanded Widget Dismissal

We’ve added dismissal features to give you more control over product displays and simplify the view.

• PDP Dismissal: Users can now dismiss the PDP by pressing the (X) button to declutter the product listing.

• Associated Widget Logic: When dismissing a PDP, any unexpanded associated widgets—such as ‘You may also like’—will automatically be removed to keep the listing efficient.

• Expanded Widget Dismissal: Users can also dismiss expanded widgets with the (X) button. This applies to widgets opened via the ‘View More’ button from features like ‘You may also like,’ ‘Shop the look,’ ‘Complete the look,’ ‘All Colors,’ and Collections.

Improvements

• Improved Visibility of Alternative Options: To enhance user experience, the 'No more matching items found' message is now larger and more prominent when all exact matches have been displayed.

• Size and Price Data in Checkout and Summary Views: Size and price details are now visible in both the Checkout View and Summary View, ensuring users can review product information at every stage of the purchase process.

• English Search Requests for Custom Attributes: Search queries from custom attributes will now be sent to Sariya in English, even if the app's language setting is different.
