Here are the latest updates to the InStore & InStore Admin apps.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE RELEASE

Park and Resume Baskets

To assist customers who need more time before proceeding to checkout—whether to try on items in fitting rooms or make decisions—we’ve introduced the new “Park and Resume Baskets” feature. This allows baskets to be saved temporarily for 45 minutes.

• New “Park Basket” Button: In the Basket view, a “Park Basket” button has been added at the bottom of the screen. Upon pressing this button, a pop-up will appear to name the basket. If no name is specified, the basket will be saved using the device name.

• Finding Parked Baskets: Parked baskets will be saved for 45 minutes and can be accessed from the newly added “Parked Baskets” section in the Staff Dashboard.

• Resuming Baskets: Resumed baskets will automatically be removed from the list but can be parked again by pressing the “Park Basket” button in the Basket view.

• What’s Saved: Resumed baskets will retain only the basket information and not the customer's search history or data. However, the last corresponding search section will be preserved to assist with the customer’s needs.

FIXES

• Checkouts Menu in Admin App:

  • The Basket Data Drawer previously displayed the device type instead of the checkout option. This issue has been resolved, and it now correctly displays the selected checkout option.

  • The Basket Data Drawer previously showed the original price for items, even when they were on sale. It now accurately displays the sale price.
