Here are the bug fixes and improvements from the Presentation (Showroom) app to make your workflow more effective!

Arranging Stores:

  • You can edit the basket by pressing the 'Edit' button to arrange store orders and create groups for similar stores.

    • In this view, you can drag stores to your preferred locations or create groups to put quantities quickly.

    • You can add stores to the selected group and order directly without going to the basket.

  • After arranging and grouping stores, a label will be added to indicate the groups at the top of the stores in the basket.

Copy Quantities in the Basket:

  • Now after you put quantities for a box in one store, you can press and hold the cell for boxes and select the cell and then press and hold for free assortments to copy the quantity to:

    • Next store

    • The group that the store takes place in (if applicable)

    • All Stores.

Ability to Switch Between Variants/Styles on the Basket Overview Page:

  • On the basket overview page, you can see your styles in the color variant and style levels using the switch button.

    • In style level, under each style, you will see how many color variants - How many items in total had been added to the basket.

Share Favorites as Excel:

  • In addition to ‘Export to BI2’ and ‘Share with Customer,’ you can now share favorites as Excel from the favorites view.

  • Once you select a customer and click share, your customer will get the Excel file with a small thumbnail, style name, Style ID, Color Name, NOOS Style, WSR, RRP, MU, Delivery Period, Size Run, and an URL for the image. ,

  • In addition to the Excel file, your customer gets a link to overview the styles online - which could be opened on any device.

    • The link has bigger thumbnails, Style ID, color ID, and style name. They can also download favorites as Excel from this link

Other Improvements:

  • Some alignments on the presentations list view have been made, so now you can see more of the presentation name.

  • If you create a template presentation in the ‘My Presentations’ list, they will get a ‘template’ indicator.

  • Now in the ‘free assortments,’ you can switch cells with (works in the basket and PDP)

    • Tab key (To go to next cell)

    • Arrows on the keyboard

    • Arrows in the Numpad

  • In the basket view, you can see the style ID now, and we changed the place of the total sum and the style ID for more consistent use.

  • For the users who use 150% zoom on their devices, we made some updates so they can now use the app more easily.

  • Some UI improvements have been made.

Bug Fixes:

  • Styles without media did not display if the user tried to open it from related media on boards.

  • The store section wasn’t displayed for read-only users in the PDP.

  • The information under the store name was not updated if the user removed the last style from PDP.

  • The board wasn’t created if the user pressed the "Enter" key after entering the board name in the "Add board from" modal.

  • The user could not select the place of the editing note by clicking on it.

  • The group buttons with the long name partly covered the favorite style.

  • In addition to those above, we fixed more than 20 minor bugs to make use flow more effective.
