Here are the new features and bug fixes from the Presentation (Showroom) app to make your workflow more effective!

Order Receipt:

  • With this release, as soon as you place your order with the DSR, your order receipt will be created and securely stored in our system.

    • Similar to sharing favorites or other ‘sharing’ functions, now you can select the customers to whom you want to send an e-mail with the order receipt or send it to yourself.

    • In the e-mail, brief information about the order and the order receipt will be attached.

    • If the user replies to the e-mail, it will be replied to the adjusted e-mail in the settings page.

  • In the order receipt, the creation date, creator name, basket ID, customer reference, and customer information will be included.

  • Below that, each assortment will take a new row with the necessary information, such as style ID, style name, and quantity. You can view the quantity distribution for boxes and/or free assortments in each row.

    • In each row, you will see a thumbnail for the variant, and for multi-colored boxes in the quantity distribution, you will get small thumbnails for each variant.

  • At the end of the receipt, you will get the total quantity and net price information for the given store.

  • If you have a multi-door order, order receipts will created for each store as separate files.

  • In the settings page, there is a new tab for the order receipt now where you can define the logo that will be used in the e-mail, the receipt, and the reply e-mail.

    • If you don’t change the logo, it will default to use the tenant’s logo.

  • Users can also download the order receipt from the public link Basket or Inspect Order tabs.

    • If multiple baskets exist for that presentation, an additional dropdown will be shown to select one or multiple baskets.

    • The files will be downloaded per order and per store in a .zip file named Customer ID-Order Receipts.zip

      • Inside the .zip, there would be files called Basket Name-Basket ID-Order Receipt; inside, all order receipts for stores will take place.

    • If users select a basket created before this implementation, they will receive a toast demonstrating that the order receipt does not exist in our system.

Basket and Favorites Excel Updates:

  • Now, by sharing the favorites from the DSR or downloading them from the public link, you will get the Excel for favorited color variants by default. If the user adds a color variant to favorite that specific product, it will shown in the file and not the rest of the variants; if the user adds a style, all available variants will be listed.

    • If the user wants to see all available color variants for all styles, they should activate the ‘include all colors’ checkbox.

      • If they do so, there will be a column in the Excel ‘favorited’, and if the variant had added to the favorites, it will shown as yes; if not, the cell will be empty.

  • For favorites Excel, a notes column will be at the end.

    • This column will show all the typed notes for the assortments, including that color variant.

  • For both favorites and basket Excels, there will be new columns for gender, product line, and category.

    • In the color variant column, there will be the color variant name and the specific name for that variant.

  • The favorites tab in the Excel basket will always be ‘favorited color variants’.

Other Improvements:

  • Now, from the general tab on the settings page, you can enable/disable the display of the color ID in various places, such as on the product detail page or order receipt.
