Introduction of Template Presentations:
We've added a new feature that allows anyone to mark their created presentations as 'templates' and customize them by adding country or tag details.
To be able to mark your presentation as a template, activate the ‘mark as template’ checkbox in creating or editing pop-up. Then you can create country-specific templates by selecting countries or global templates without selecting any countries.
Users need to open the ‘Templates’ tab to find the templates. After entering the tab, users will see a pre-filtered list according to their country. One can change the country to see more templates or narrow the list by filtering through tags. A search function will be available for templates.
Browsing All Presentations:
As a third tab, ‘All Presentations’ is now in the header. All presentations created for this brand will be shown in this tab. The list will be pre-filtered according to the user’s country, like the templates, and they also can change the county or choose members and customers to find the presentation they are looking for.
Inviting Members to Collaborate on Presentations:
The existing share function is replaced with the ‘invite members’ functionality. This means now the collaborators of a presentation can work together -make changes in a presentation. The 'shared with’ column in the presentation list is replaced with collaborators, and the presentation's creator is marked with a purplish color.
To invite a member, the creator or collaborator should open the three dots menu and click the ‘invite members’ button. Here they can see all available members. The members can be filtered through whether their invited or not, their role, and their country. Or a collaborator can search for a specific member.
Already invited members are labeled as ‘invited,’ so it is possible to ‘uninvite’ someone to presentations. The user needs to select desired members and then click the invite button. After that, the presentation will appear on the collaborator’s list, and they can change those presentations. Collaborators cannot ‘delete’ a presentation -only the creator can. Still, they can leave presentations so that they lose the ability to make changes, and the presentations will be removed from their list.
Other Improvements:
In creating a presentation, users can now copy from either their presentations or the templates created for their country.
In the ‘My Presentations’ tab, users now see the presentations they created or collaborated with. Also, users can remove & leave presentations by multi-selecting them.
Users can now copy from all presentations. While copying, the customer will be pre-selected according to the copied presentation.
Users can edit presentation information on the landing page.
When viewing a presentation in which the user is not a collaborator. , they can see all the actions, but the ones they don’t have permission for are disabled with a tooltip to inform the user that they are in ‘read-only mode.’
Performance improvements have been made.
Bug Fixes:
The user cannot select the default media package in the board if hidden.
Opening a PDP for a color variant from the board or the catalog grouped by color didn’t filter the boxes.
The ordered item quantity table was still displayed after placing an order or removing the style from favorites.
The boxes/sizes table was still displaying after removing all favorites via the "Remove all" button.
