Store Favorites
Introducing Store Favorites: A new feature that allows store staff to create their own ‘Collections’ under any theme or title at the store level. This feature enables staff to easily curate items to showcase and recommend them to customers.
Creating collections in Staff Dashboard: Staff view
Store staff can access the Store favorites settings through the Staff Dashboard. Here, they can create collections and add items by searching with style name or style ID.
Staff can easily add, remove, or rearrange the order of items in the collections. By pressing the Edit button in the top right corner, they can also edit the collection title or delete the collection.
Once more than one collection is created, an 'All items' button appears as the first option of the collection list, enabling store staff to browse all the items across all collections.
There is no limit on the number of collections or items.
Browsing collections: Customer View
Store staff can access the Store favorites collection list by pressing the ‘Store favorites’ button in the Footer.
A selected collection opens below the last viewed item in the product listing. Up to 12 items will be displayed initially, and more items can be shown by pressing the ‘View more’ button at the end.
Handling Unavailable Items:
Items that are out of stock or have missing style data will still be shown in the Staff view. However, these items will not be displayed in the Customer view.
Other Improvements
Previously, if the Staff portal URL was not configured, it was not possible to update the Staff dashboard passcode in Settings. Now the Staff dashboard passcode can be configured regardless of the Staff portal URL.
